Automatic recognition of invoice fields and scanned invoices are not available yet.

Coming soon: AI field extraction
The goal is to recognise fields like invoice number, date, supplier, VAT and total automatically and put them into fixed columns – also for scanned invoices. Until then, the converter gives you the invoice's table structure, which you can tidy up in Excel.

Are invoice number and total detected automatically?
Not yet. The text of the invoice is converted into rows and columns. Automatic field detection is part of the AI extraction that is coming soon.
Is it safe for customer and supplier invoices?
The invoice is converted in your browser and never uploaded, so your business data stays on your device.
Can I convert invoices in other languages?
Yes. Digital PDFs in any language with Latin characters convert well.
